When I was told I would need extensive basement work done, to include excavation, I looked down my street where 3 other houses were currently being excavated by other basement repair companies and I became worried. The sale of my house was predicated on the basement work. In talking to Accurate, I was promised that the work that I needed would be completed in less than 2 days and I was promised that the clean up would be such that I wouldn’t even know work from the outside was even done. Because of the extensiveness of the work involved I was skeptical on these promised. The promises made by Accurate were dead on. I was amazed on several observations during the work being done. The precision of the workers was amazing. Everyone knew what jobs they had and they all did their job in a proficient manner. Once the work was done, everything was cleaned up, as promised. My husband and I wanted to commend you for the service you provided to us. We had some water coming in around the perimeter of our basement and we thought that we would need major basement repair work. When you checked our basement, the first thing you suggested was checking for a Palmer valve. Our home was built in 1954 and you mentioned these valves were installed prior to 1955; we never heard of this before. As it turned out, that valve had been closed for ten years and just needed to be opened. I liked the concern, sincerity and thoroughness of their estimator, Paul, who has been with the company many years. No high pressure and in no hurry. Even came back a third time at my request to answer more of my questions and made himself available by cell phone any time of day or night. It also impressed me that one of the company owners himself would be on my job both working and overseeing. I enjoyed talking to Andrea in the office who is very helpful and performs like a chief dispatcher and is seemingly on top of everything that’s going on at all times. The morning they arrived to start the job, they were like a well-drilled army troop. They pulled up at 7am in lots of very clean, impressive equipment, loaded with well-mannered, courteous young men who knew exactly what to do at all times. Plywood boards covered the lawn where they walked so as not to disturb the grass; the basement stairs were covered with a tarp; heavy plastic sheeting surrounded the area to be worked on to keep any dust to a minimum, and on and on. Toward the very end of the job Paul even stopped by my home to talk to me and make sure I was pleased with how things were coming together, WHICH I WAS!! When they left it was simply amazing how quickly they loaded up all their supplies and even brought in a big sweeper machine to clean off the road in from of my home.
