I had Accurate Basement come out to my mother’s house to review the water seepage in the corner of the basement with my wallet open and ready for what I thought would be costly repairs including drain tile replacement. Chris came out and spent almost an hour reviewing the leakage issues and also inspecting all the walls throughout the basement and to my surprise, I was told the issues were not with the wall or drain tiles, but with the landscaping! They told me what they thought would solve my issue and charged me nothing. They were also kind enough to suggest a person that could help with the landscaping issues at a reasonable cost. Not only were they honest and extremely helpful but wonderful to work with.
