We needed complete draintile replacement throughout the perimeter of our basement—a huge job. Dion was an outstanding foreman! He was very patient with us and our many questions. He kept us updated throughout the whole process. Four days of backbreaking work for him and his crew, and he always had a smile. They prepped the worksite well beforehand and cleaned up afterward. I highly recommend Accurate and would suggest requesting Dion.

I had drain tiles and a sump pump installed following the August 2025 1000 year-flood. Paul Vaccaro was our sales rep and walked us through the entire process and what to expect. Workers were professional, hard working and cleaned up nicely after the work was completed. I had a problem with a clogged drain afterward and Matthew was quick to assess the situation and solve my problem within a day. An overall positive experience.
